About Web & Glow
Web & Glow is an Australian digital marketing company. Our lead generation brands build and operate the websites and ad funnels that generate enquiries from people actively looking to buy a service, and deliver those enquiries to the businesses that want them. We also operate consumer comparison services, and provide web design and SEO for small businesses.
Our lead generation brands serve two groups. Local home-service contractors - roof cleaning and restoration, pressure washing, landscaping, tree care, building and handyman work, HVAC and painting - who want their phone to ring without running their own marketing. And Australian finance, insurance and advisory firms, currently life insurance and mortgage and finance broking, who need qualified enquiries at a workable cost per acquisition. CalmCover and FundScout run comparison services for Australian consumers, and FairyDigital provides web design and SEO for small businesses.
Web & Glow is the trading name of Web and Glow Pty Ltd (ABN 53 641 999 626), an Australian private company registered on 24 June 2020 and based in Brisbane. It was founded by Mark Coster and Silvia Borges.
How our lead generation works
We own the lead sources. Web & Glow builds and ranks its own websites and runs its own ad accounts, rather than buying lists or reselling enquiries generated by somebody else. That means we know where every enquiry came from.
Every lead is delivered as the contact details plus exactly what the person submitted - the form fields they filled in, or what they said on the call. No scoring, no commentary, no padding.

Who is behind Web & Glow
Mark Coster co-founded Web & Glow and leads technology and search across its brands. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a PhD in chemistry, taught himself to code, and has worked in SEO and search-driven lead generation since 2021. You can find him on LinkedIn and on GitHub.
Silvia Borges co-founded Web & Glow and runs the day-to-day operations and several of the brand websites.
